Ravi Technoforge Private Limited (RTL) was established in 1990 by the Founder and Chairman Mr. Amrutlal Bharadia. RTL is IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 certified company having state of the art manufacturing facilities coupled with cutting edge technological capabilities offers wide range of high precision forged and turned rings for bearing rings, gear blanks, and other similar components for wide spectrum of industries like automotive, wind, railways, heavy industries, earth moving equipment etc.
Background
Ravi Technoforge Private Limited (RTL) was established in 1990 by the Founder and Chairman Mr. Amrutlal Bharadia. RTL is currently having three facility. Main manufacturing plant is in Pipaliya, Rajkot -Gondal NH 27 which spreads over 10 acres of land where all processes from forging till packing are done. Other two facilities in Shapar, Rajkot where machining and packing is done.
Backed with three decades of industrial expertise, knowhow and a relentless quest to innovate new cost effective solutions for its global customer base, the company is on its way to become one of the major player in Global Bering Industry market place.
RTL is one of the largest ring manufacturer in India and has capability of producing rings in large range from 40 mm- 400 mm. We are Direct Online and green flow Suppliers for our customers. RTL is process driven, customer focused and quality oriented organization.

Board Of Directors
Mr. Amrutlal Bharadia is the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. He is a renowned industrialist in the Rajkot region.
Mr. Amrutlal founded the Company in 1992 & has since grown the company from a humble forging unit to a large scale precision manufacturing company.
With over 28 years of experience in the forging industry, Mr Amrutlal Bharadia has created systems & processes from scratch with key focus across operations, financial management, business development & marketing.
He is an active member of the business community in Rajkot & has received numerous awards for his contribution to Rajkot & his various philanthropic activities
Mr. Rajesh Bharadia is the Joint Managing Director of the Company.
With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Rajesh was instrumental in taking the company to next level of growth and played pivotal role in development of new facility at Pipaliya.
He is engaged in overall management of RTL with a focus on new product development & engineering, research & development as well as process implementation.
He is also responsible for supply chain, quality control & customer management.
